I can't say enough about my excellent experience at this clinic. I had implants. I had no pain and minimal swelling. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Belanger.

Awesome experience in having my four Wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Belanger. As they said, I would go to "sleep" and wake up numb. The local anesthetic is gone and I am not in pain. I guess that I will take the Tylenol3's back to the drug store. If you need a good oral surgeon, this is the one to go to. Thank you.

Both times being here, consult and for wisdom teeth removal, we sat here for an hour past the appointment time. Ridiculous. Seems to be a lack of respect for patients time. Note - Patients time is just as valuable as doctors time.

I had 4 Wisdom Teeth out this past March and Dr. Belanger and I would 100% recommend this Oral Surgeon. I have never had any major surgery or work done, so I was quite nervous going in but Dr.Belanger and his team made me so comfortable. The nurse who got me ready before surgery was so friendly and made conversation so easily I forgot how nervous I was. The only thing I wondered was why they never called me to check up after the surgery, but I figure they are busy and would help me if I had any issues.

Wow... What a great experience. I can't believe I am saying that! :) I am so afraid when it comes to these things but it went so well. Dr. Belanger is very kind and explained things to me.

I was super nervous to have my wisom teeth removed. But, the procedure went smoothly. And, the healing process has been going surprisingly well. I couldn't have hoped for better service.

Dr. Karim Al- Khatib was absolutely fantastic! My mother has had chronic jaw pain for over a decade now, and after seeing many specialist he was able to give her a diagnosis and offer a few solutions for relief.

Friendly staff. They can work around your schedule for appointments. They have a parking lot, just make sure you tell them you're parked there so you don't get booted.

For days my husband worried about having his lower back molar removed, Dr. Belanger told him it would be an easy extraction and he was correct. My husband had the freezing and 2 minutes later the molar was extracted. Only thing he felt was a slight pinch of the needle for the freezing. Dr. Belanger was wonderful to explain his situation during the consultation and was so professional and compassionate during the extraction. His staff / team are so friendly they make you feel right at home. Absolutely recommend Dr. Belanger he is a wonderful surgeon!

My son had 1 impacted wisdom tooth. He was very nervous. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Karim Al Khatib was excellent. He had some pain and a little bleeding for about a week but the tooth was in the bone and near the nerve. Overall a great experience.

Although I've never formally went into this office, I had an experience today with a team member that would completely turn me off of ever considering it. After pulling into one of the dentist owned spaces, I quickly realized where I was and decided to pull out. One of your team members was parked next to me. In her defense, it was busy and I parked a little to close to her car. But when attempting to back out, she decided to walk in front of my car just to look at me and shake her head, and as if that wasn't enough she proceeded to start aggressively pointing at one of your company signs and sneering. I have never been encountered with such entitlement. Concerning that these are our professionals.

Consider other places than this one. My review is not personal nor is their service. Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for procedure. Understood risks and expectations and the surgery took the expected time without issues. ⭐ for front staff. Listening to the front staff (closest to door) deal with calls and other patients is quite shocking. A transcript of what was said might not show just how condescending he/she was, but it was nonetheless palpable. ⭐⭐⭐ for assistants. Came and told us it would only be another 20 minutes after an hour wait which was nice. Otherwise, nothing remarkable. The second one, Janet, was knowledgeable but she’s obviously had to say the post-op care information too often; it was rattled off like a telemarketing survey. Changing the paper hand out to cover more of the post op care suggestions, would eliminate the requirement for this and actually be better for the patient and/guardian. ⭐ for miscellaneous items. Over an hour wait time, parking lot gong show, no direct billing. All in all 10 stars/4 categories so 2.5 stars rounded up to give a generous 3.

Amazing service! I was crying so asked to wait in the hallway, they were so nice and had a chair out there. I was taken in and made sure I was okay and offered a blanket, (I was completely fine, just anxious). Every person made me feel comfortable and waited until I was ready to move to the next step. I had a list of concerns, wants for the procedure, and questions. They made sure to follow them and give me all the information I needed. I was joking and laughing at the end of getting a tooth extracted, that’s pretty good service haha! They also had me pay beforehand so I could leave immediately which was really appreciated.

Dr. J Cheung, his RN Jessica and assistant Sarah were absolutely amazing!!! Had 4 teeth removed, 2 being wisdom and I never felt a thing. The process was very comfortable and very quick. Highly recommend Dr. Cheung The only downfall is having no direct billing, having to pay such a large amount up front can be very difficult. But again that just falls on the owner and their procedures
